Virtual Gift Vouchers

GIFT VOUCHER TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Please take note that our gift vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date of issue. Any unused value will not be refunded or carried over to any future transactions after the expiry date. These vouchers can only be redeemed against all products at Joyfully Handmade (Pty) Ltd and cannot be exchanged for cash, refunded, or consolidated with any other voucher. They are not legal tender, account cards, credit or debit cards, or securities.

In the event that your purchase exceeds the value of the gift voucher, any remaining balance must be paid by cash, debit, or credit card. If you decide to return any products that you have purchased using a gift voucher, the balance will be credited to you as a credit note which can be redeemed against future purchases. Please note that if a gift voucher is lost or stolen, it cannot be replaced. In case of any unauthorized activity, please report it immediately to Nikki van der Merwe at nikki@joyfullyhandmade.co.za. Please provide all necessary details, including proof of purchase, gift voucher number, and a photo ID for verification.

Please be aware that Joyfully Handmade (Pty) Ltd reserves the right to cancel a gift voucher if we deem it necessary. In such cases, we may provide a replacement gift voucher of equivalent value, unless we suspect fraudulent activity related to the voucher. It is important to note that the gift voucher remains our property. Lastly, please be informed that Joyfully Handmade (Pty) Ltd has the right to vary or replace these conditions from time to time, including introducing new fees.
