Refunds/returns Policy

According to the South African Consumer Act, you are permitted to return any item as long as it is unopened, in like-new condition, and remains in its original packing. Seven days are allowed for a full return at Joyfully Handmade (excluding courier delivery charges).

Please return the item back at your own expense, unused and undamaged just as you received it. We will examine the item when it is delivered to determine whether it qualifies for an exchange or refund. Please be aware that merchandise must be sent back in its original packaging.

Please be aware that unless we have shipped the wrong product, we do not arrange for the return.

 Issues and damages

Please check your order when it arrives and let us know right away if anything is broken, damaged, or defective so we can look into it and make it right.
