When you click to make a purchase with us, you enter into legal obligations, and your right to a refund of cash charged to your credit card or paid in any other way agreed upon by us is limited by our terms and conditions. You must not purchase anything from this site unless you understand and agree to all of our terms and conditions. Once you have paid for the item, it is assumed that you have read and accepted the terms and conditions. If you have any questions, please contact us before purchasing any service from this website.
Shipping
Timeframe
Estimated delivery for under 10 candles is around 4 – 5 working days (excluding the day of placing the order) from the time payments are cleared.
Estimated delivery for 10 – 80 candles is around 8-10 working days (excluding the day of placing the order) from the time payments are cleared.
Estimated delivery for 81 – 150 candles is around 15 – 20 working days (excluding the day of placing the order) from the time payments are cleared.

Shipping
Please note that if payment was done via credit card the order will be processed and shipped asap, for payments via EFT processing and shipping would be arranged soonest the payment has cleared.
Checking
Your order must be checked with the courier company at the time of delivery, and any damages or shortages must be noted on the courier delivery waybill. If you do not inspect your order with the courier company when it arrives, any claims for breakages or shortages may be forfeited.
Undeliverable packages
Packages are occasionally returned to us as undeliverable. If this occurs, every effort will be taken to contact you and make arrangements for reshipment.
Order processing
Order processing will not begin until we receive a confirmed order and full payment.
Product availability
We will do our best to keep the products represented on the website as in-stock or out-of-stock as accurately as possible; nevertheless, if we receive an order for which we do not have any stock, we will gladly swap the item for something of comparable value.
Every effort is made to ship your goods as quickly as possible; but, unexpected situations may cause delays. If this happens, Joyfully Handmade will tell you through email and provide a new shipment timetable.
